Today the US was buzzing about things #inthe90s on Twitter, as the hashtag maintained it’s spot at the top of the trending topic list.  That got us thinking about just how trendy and ahead of the game we really are.  In July, we wanted to enjoy a moment of nostalgia so we challenged people to broadcast their #AIMname and reveal their 90s screennames.  Check out the results of our social experiment in the video above.  

And, just for fun, what did you tweet about today with #inthe90s?  We’re betting it had something to do with Doug Funny, All That, NSYNC or DunkAroos…

I made this video using the iPad app Phoster and creating a bunch of individual slides, dumping those (in the right order) into the photo gallery and filming the swiping through of images on a Panasonic GF1. Edited to speed up swipes in a few places but overall about an hour+ of creating the slides, two takes to film and a short edit to create a unique way to showcase the results of a hashtag campaign.
