although this is only being tested in Texas, it could be a move in the wrong direction. I remember having 10 hr AOL plans when I was first using the internet, and my dad freakin’  about the overage plans… pretty soon dads in Texas are going to be freaking out about their kids downloading complete seasons of TV shows of bitTorrent.
